krystal has comfy beds and great wifi. i loved the helpful front staff and the charming chamber maid. our recommended taxi driver was superb! the location is perfect for exploring san angel and coyoacán. There are banks and parks just a short walk away.

The hotel is perfectly located, right near so

many restaurants and shopping options. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my suite. However, the bathroom design wasn't the best for privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable at times.

We had an awesome time with friends! The friendly staff made our stay pleasant. We explored the historic neighborhoods, checked out the amusement park, and enjoyed good breakfast options nearby. The mattress was super comfy, ensuring we slept well after our adventures.

I had some issues with the bathroom door. it was a sliding glass door with a gap, which didn't offer much privacy. A full-length mirror would have been a nice addition too.

Great Location but Service Needs Improvement

I enjoyed my stay for four nights in the Executive Suite. However, the service at La Reforma fell short, lacking warmth and efficiency. The room was spacious, but do prepare for potential communication hurdles with staff. For breakfast, consider nearby options instead.

The kitchenette was a fantastic addition for family holidays, and the WiFi performed exceptionally well. The location in a safe area near shopping and cafes also contributed positively. However, the absence of dining options left something to be desired, and the surrounding noise occasionally disrupted the peace.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the excellent mattress and bedding made for a great night's sleep, and the convenient location only 10 minutes' walk from public transport made it easy to explore the area.
